I’m really excited to be joining the AromAware Mind, Body and Craft fair at the Woolwell Centre, Plymouth, on Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th September, where I’ll be sharing both the healing and coaching sides of my work across the weekend.
On both days, I’ll be offering private 45 minute spirit energy healing sessions within the Healing and Therapy room.
The sessions offer you an opportunity to step away from the busyness and receive healing across Mind, Body & Spirit. Each session is intuitively guided and individual to you, working with the energetic system while creating space for deep relaxation, emotional and energetic balance, and re-connection with yourself.

At 12pm Sunday 27th, i’ll also be delivering a free live coaching session: The Art of Self Leadership- Coaching as inner Authority & Power
Will explore what it means to become the conscious leader of your own life- recognising where we may give our power away, look outside yourselves for answers or allow old patterns, conditioning and self-doubt to lead us.
Through conscious coaching, we can begin to strengthen our relationship with ourselves, deepen self-awareness and make choices from a place of inner authority, personal power and conscious direction.
The coaching session is completely free, with no booking required, and places will be available on a first-come basis.
