After living with a chronic pain condition for over 20 years whilst practising alternative medicine to find ways in which to heal myself it has taking me on a road of self-discovery to find peace and to set myself free.

We are all on a journey. A journey to heal ourselves, to figure out what life is all about and to discover the deeper mysteries. It’s a challenging journey that personally led me to my spiritual awakening over 10 years ago. I trained as a healing practitioner where I studied energy medicine and our entire human and spiritual system. I developed strength and peace of mind through meditation which has taught me a deeper understanding of my true authentic self and I found this to be a huge healer through regular practice and understanding.

I have recently trained in hypnotherapy which allows me to work deeper with the subconscious mind.
