All members of the community are welcome to join our mindfulness coffee mornings and invite you into our friendship circle at Jules awakening wellness centre. We work with positive change to help you gain a new or deeper understanding of the world we live in and the energies that flow within it. Connecting with others can help us feel close to people and valued for who we truly are. Our mindfulness coffee mornings are set within a relaxed setting. We share affirmations and set intentions on our thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental way. Leave with a smile, a hug and a kind thought.
