We begin by anchoring in the rhythm of your breath, inviting each inhale to bring calm and each exhale to release what no longer serves you. Next, you’ll be guided through a mindful body scan, softly bringing attention to any areas of tightness or discomfort and offering them compassionate space to unwind. Finally, you’ll embark on a serene boat ride down a gentle river. Feel the soft sway beneath you, hear the waters whisper against the hull, and watch sun-dappled currents carry you toward deeper relaxation. With every breath, you cultivate spaciousness, with every scan, you honour your being, and with every moment on the river, you float even closer to inner Tranquility.
