Traditionally\, this moon was named for the moment when the Earth thaws and worms re-emerge from the soil\, signalling renewal\, nourishment\, and the return of life beneath the surface. It marked a time when the land softened\, making way for new growth\, movement\, and transformation. Spiritually\, the worm moon invites us into a season of emergence. A time when what has been hidden\, dormant\, or held deep within begins to rise. It cause us to gently turn soil of our inner world\, to loosen what has grown compact through the colder months\, and to clear space for new intentions to take root. This is not yet the time for full bloom\, but for preparation. For release. For honouring the unseen work that makes growth possible. The worm full moon teaches us that rebirth begins quietly. In subtle shifts\, in tender awakenings\, in the courage to allow ourselves to be seen after a season of inward retreat. It asks us to shed old layers\, stagnant patterns\, and emotional residue that no longer nourishes are becoming. Just as the earthworms aerate the soil\, creating fertile ground for life to flourish\, we too are invited to open\, soften\, and restore flow within our bodies\, hearts\, and energy fields. This moon carries powerful liminal energy\, resting between endings and beginnings\, between rest and forward motion. It is a reminder that transformation does not require force\, only presence and willingness. The worm moon honours humility\, patience\, and the sacred intelligence of natures timing. It whispers that growth is already underway\, even if it cannot yet be seen. This Soundbath is a sanctuary of sound and surrender. A space to gently release what has been buried\, to ground into the body\, and to attune to the subtle rhythms of renewal moving through you. Through breath\, vibration\, and healing frequencies\, you will be guided to soften resistance\, cleanse emotional residue\, and reconnect with the quite wisdom of your inner cycles. \nAs the moons luminous light bathes your being\, may you feel supported as you rise from the depths. May you trust the unfolding. And may this gathering be a moment to prepare the soil of your soul for the season of growth that awaits. Beneath the glow of the worm full moon\, you are invited to emerge- rooted\, ready\, and alive with possibility. \nSound bath healing \nThe benefits of sound healing reduces stress and anxiety – the vibrations and sounds from instruments are thought to interact with your bodies energy centres\, helping to shift your nervous system from fight or flight to a state of rest.
