DESCRIPTION:The Summer Solstice Gathering: A Crown of Light \nA midsummer Ceremony of Sound\, Story & Sacred Radiance \nOn the longest day of the year\, when the Sun reaches its highest throne and the veil shimmers with Midsummer light\, we gather in sacred celebration. The summer solstice marks a sacred turning. A moment of peak light before the slow return inwards. It is a time to honour radiance\, sovereignty\, and the lights we are here to embody. \nOur summer solstice ceremony begins at the well-being studio with a warm welcome and home-made sweet dandelion lemonade- a gentle arrival into shared space and intention. \nTogether\, we open the circle and settle into a deeply immersive sound bath\, allowing the frequencies of midsummer to attune the nervous system\, clear the mind\, and awaken the inner sun. \nWe then Head over to The Tudor Rose Tea Rooms and Garden to continue our celebration\, sharing in a beautifully prepared full afternoon tea- a generous offering of sweet and savoury delights served in elegant surroundings\, honouring both abundance and connection. \nAs the day reaches its fullness\, we gather in the garden for our solstice rite of passage.. \nBeneath the open sky\, we will share: \n☀️A ceremonial solstice story of light and remembrance. \n✨The crown of light ritual. \n👑Sacred headdress blessings \n🔮Oracle whispers for the season ahead \nYou are invited to craft your own crown or headdress at home in preparation for this gathering- a personal ritual of creativity and intention before the day itself. Arrive crowned as a symbol of your radiance\, your becoming\, and the light you are ready to embody. \nA prize will be gifted for the most magical creation\, and each guest will receive a thoughtfully prepared goodie bag to carry the energy of the day home with them. \nAs our ceremony gently closes\, you are warmly invited to remain and witness the sunset together- as the light softens and the Midsummer magic lingers. \nThis is a day to remember your inner sun. To stand crowned in your becoming. It is a reminder that there are moments in life when we are invited to stand fully illuminated\, seen not only by the world\, but by ourselves. \nMay this gathering be a threshold. A remembering. A crowning of the light you carry within. \nSound bath healing \nThe benefits of sound healing reduces stress and anxiety – the vibrations and sounds from instruments are thought to interact with your bodies energy centres\, helping to shift your nervous system from fight or flight to a state of rest. Improved mood – Soundbaths can help you feel calmer\, more relaxed and rejuvenated. Better sleep – by making you feel relaxed may improves sleep. Pain relief – may help reduce pain\, especially for people with chronic pain conditions like arthritis or fibromyalgia. Enhanced mental clarity – helping you clear away distracting thoughts and worries\, which can improve your concentration and focus. Deepened meditation – sound baths can help you connect with your subconscious mind which can lead to inner exploration and self discovery. If you are in the early stages of pregnancy\, have epilepsy\, a heart condition or pacemaker\, are experiencing severe mental health challenges\, or have sensitivity to sound and vibration\, please consult a healthcare professional or your doctor before attending.
