SUMMARY:Somatic Breath Work Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Somatic experiencing is designed to help release trauma that’s trapped in the body by releasing the tension and pent-up energy that is deeply rooted within the nervous system and the subconscious mind. This ceremony will allow you to feel it\, heal it and let it go by using Breathwork and mind-body techniques. It will release suppressed energy to overcome your triggers. This ceremony will also include energy healing that cleanses the chakras (energy centres in our body) that reignites the energy flow. Powerful living energy fills the empty channels and energy fields\, accelerates stagnation\, removes blockages and most importantly helps to heal the physical body while restoring healing energy and harmony to the mind\, body and soul. This event is held within a non-judgemental setting and a beautiful therapeutic space. After the ceremony we will set intentions over a nice cup of Yogi tea and light refreshments. All mats\, blankets and pillows are provided. Just bring yourself. \nContraindications\nIf you are pregnant\, have cardiovascular problems\, if you have a history of seizures\, significantly high blood pressure\, has had a stroke\, major psychiatric conditions\, recent surgery and acute infection\, epilepsy then unfortunately you will need to sit this one out but be assured there will be plenty of upcoming events to join in.
