SUMMARY:Meditation Class: Worm Full moon- Awakening\, Renewal & Gentle Emergence
DESCRIPTION:Worm full moon- Awakening\, renewal & gentle emergence \nThe worm full moon marks the quiet turning point between winters rest and the first stirrings of spring. Names for the time when the Earth begins to soften and worms reappear in the soil\, this moon carries the energy of awakening\, renewal\, and gentle emergence. In this meditation\, you are invited to tune into the subtle shifts happening within you- wear something long dormant is beginning to move\, stretch\, and come alive once more. This is not a forceful rebirth\, but a tender unfurling. A reminder that growth begins beneath the surface\, in darkness\, patience\, and trust. Through breath\, reflection\, and guided visualisation\, release lingering heaviness from winter\, and create space for new life\, clarity\, and intention to rise in its own time. The worm moon teaches us that transformation doesn’t always roar- sometimes it whispers\, stirs\, and slowly awakens. Allow yourself to soften\, listen\, and gently welcome what is ready to emerge. \nStep into a sacred space of healing\, empowerment\, and spiritual connection. These guided meditations are more than just relaxation tools. They are journeys designed to help you awaken your inner wisdom\, align with your highest self\, and return to the truth of who you are. Each meditation is crafted with intention\, infused with energy work\, sound healing\, breath\, and visualisation. What are you seeking? Grounding\, emotional release\, chakra alignment\, or spiritual activation\, there’s a realm here for you to explore. These aren’t just meditations\, they are portals. And you’re invited to walk through them. Begin your journey now. \nYou will leave feeling deeply relaxed\, rejuvenated\, and energetically aligned. Mat\, blanket\, cushion and eye mask provided. Feel free to bring any extra Blankets and pillows to get as comfortable as you can. Limited matteresses are provided on a first come basis. Recliner chairs can be provided upon request.
