SUMMARY:Meditation Class-Shamanic grounding journey
DESCRIPTION:Shamanic grounding journey- Root into mother Gaia \nWelcome to this sacred journey. A return to your roots\, your body\, and your deep earth connection. In this shamanic journey\, you are guided by the primal rhythm of the drum\, echoing the heartbeat of mother Gaia herself. With each beat\, you are invited to descend from the mind into the body\, and from the body into the Earth. Grounding\, centering\, and remembering. This journey opens a portal to connect with the spirit of the Earth. Her wisdom\, her strength\, her nourishing embrace. You may meet guides\, spirit animals\, or simply the steady presence of Gaia holding you\, reminding you that you are never alone. \nStep into a sacred space of healing\, empowerment\, and spiritual connection. These guided meditations are more than just relaxation tools. They are journeys designed to help you awaken your inner wisdom\, align with your highest self\, and return to the truth of who you are. Each meditation is crafted with intention\, infused with energy work\, sound healing\, breath\, and visualisation. What are you seeking grounding\, emotional release\, chakra alignment\, or spiritual activation\, there’s a realm here for you to explore. These are just meditations\, they are portals. And you’re invited to walk through them. Begin your journey now. \nYou will leave feeling deeply relaxed\, rejuvenated\, and energetically aligned. Mat\, blanket\, cushion and eye mask provided. Feel free to bring any extra Blankets and pillows to get as comfortable as you can. Limited air matteresses are provided on a first come basis. Look forward to holding space many blessings Jules. \n* As bookings are limited and spaces are held with intention\, I kindly ask that any rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the space to be offered to someone else who may need it* \n  \n  \n
