SUMMARY:Meditation Class- Mabon- The Sacred Harvest
DESCRIPTION:Mabon- The Scared Harvest \nWelcome to Mabon\, the Autumn Equinox- a sacred point upon the wheel of the year where day and night stand in perfect balance\, reminding us to honour both the light we have celebrated and the darkness we are preparing to embrace.\nAs the Earth begins to slow and the leaves gently surrender to the season\, Mabon invites us to pause and gather the harvest of our own lives. It is a time to reflect on all of that has grown\, to celebrate the abundance we have received\, and to offer gratitude for every lesson\, challenge\, and blessing that has shaped our journey. \nIn this meditation\, you will be guided through breath\, visualisation\, and intention to connect with the wisdom of the season. Together we will honour the sacred balance within\, give thanks for the fruits of our inner harvest\, and gently release what is complete\, creating space for the quieter months of reflection ahead.\nMabon reminds us that every ending carries its own quiet beauty and that true abundance is found not only in what we receive\, but in what we are willing to release with grace. \nMay this meditation help you ground into the Earths rhythm\, embrace the changing seasons with an open heart\, and walk forward carrying the wisdom of your harvest into the months ahead. \nStep into a sacred space of healing\, empowerment\, and spiritual connection. These guided meditations are more than just relaxation tools. They are journeys designed to help you awaken your inner wisdom\, align with your highest self\, and return to the truth of who you are. Each meditation is crafted with intention\, infused with energy work\, sound healing\, breath\, and visualisation. What are you seeking? Grounding\, Emotional release\, Chakra alignment\, or Spiritual activation\, there’s a realm here for you to explore. These aren’t just meditations\, they are teachings\, they are portals. And you’re invited to walk through them. Begin your journey now. \nYou will leave feeling deeply relaxed\, rejuvenated\, and energetically aligned. Mat\, blanket\, cushion and eye mask provided. Feel free to bring any extra Blankets and pillows to get as comfortable as you can. Limited air matteresses are provided on a first come basis. Look forward to holding space many blessings Jules. \n* As bookings are limited and spaces are held with intention\, I kindly ask that any rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the space to be offered to someone else who may need it* \n  \n  \n
