DESCRIPTION:Charity sound bath- Roots of Resilinece  \nI invite you to a very special charity Soundbath in support of HD Living\, a wonderful charity dedicated to helping those living with Huntington’s disease\, motor neuron disease\, and other neurological conditions. The theme for this Soundbath is  Roots of Resilience – an evening of deep rest and grounding vibrations to restore your sense of safety\, stability\, and inner strength. Just as roots provide nourishment and support\, this sound journey invites you to connect with the Earth beneath you\, release tension\, and feel held by sound\, community\, and care. \nJohnny\, Antthony\, and Joe carried this cause on their backs- walking from lands end to Plymouth to raise awareness and funds for HD Living. Their resilience\, strength\, and dedication embody exactly what this charity is about. Standing strong\, supporting one another\, and building a foundation of hope for families living with neurological disease. Hd Livin’s Mission is to create small respite homes and community hubs\, offering much needed rest and support for families affected by these debilitating illnesses. By joining this sound bath\, you’re helping to continue the journey Johnny\, Anthony\, and Joe began- bringing comfort\, care\, and community to those who need it most. \n✨ Details ✨ \nDate: 22/10/2025 \nTime: 7-8.30PM \nLocation: Jules Awakening Wellness centre\, Transit Way\, Plymouth. Improved mood – Soundbaths can help you feel calmer\, more relaxed and rejuvenated. Better sleep – by making you feel relaxed and improves sleep. Pain relief – may help reduce pain\, especially for people with chronic pain conditions like arthritis or fibromyalgia. Enhanced mental clarity – helping you clear away distracting thoughts and worries\, which can improve your concentration and focus. Deepened meditation – sound baths can help you connect with your subconscious mind which can lead to inner exploration and self discovery.
